In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth within your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in B2B sales. *Responsibilities* * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within your territory. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of our products. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies. * Collaborate with the inside sales team to align strategies and maximize overall sales efforts. * Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets to management. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in business development or outside sales, preferably in a B2B environment. * Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively. * Familiarity with territory management principles and practices. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels. * Experience in marketing truck equipment is a plus. * Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track progress and manage client interactions.
