Position Overview: As a Sales Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential investors, responsible for qualifying leads, engaging prospects, and setting high-value appointments for our Closing Team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, persistence, and a strong ability to build rapport. The ideal candidate is coachable, competitive, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to qualify potential investors. Educate prospects on DiversyFund's offerings and investment opportunities. Schedule appointments for the Closer Team with well-qualified leads. * Sales Process Management: Track and manage leads in HubSpot CRM. Maintain an organized sales pipeline to optimize conversions. Provide thorough prospect insights to the Closing Team for smooth handoffs. * Relationship Building & Outreach: Develop rapport with potential investors to build trust and ensure they understand the value of DiversyFund's investment opportunities. Consistently meet or exceed daily outreach goals. * Performance Tracking & Optimization: Meet KPIs for outreach volume, appointment setting, and follow-up effectiveness. Continuously refine outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
