Inside Sales Representative
The Role:
*POSITION SUMMARY* The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and building strong client relationships through effective communication, project management, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). This role involves engaging with clients, handling objections, managing project timelines, and ensuring high standards of internal and external communication. Our core values are the backbone of our business and guide our hiring process: we are *Inspirational, Client Obsessed, Aligned, Transparent *and *Accountable*. *PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES* ● Consistently meet or exceed established KPIs related to sales and client engagement. ● Meet or exceed monthly targets for Letters of Intent (LOIs) by effectively presenting service offerings to potential clients. ● Schedule and conduct client meetings to discuss project requirements, answer questions, and present solutions. ● Oversee project timelines to ensure that all deliverables are met within set deadlines. ● Skillfully navigate and resolve client objections to maintain a positive relationship and move deals forward. ● Accurately enter and update client data in CRM systems to ensure all information is current and precise. ● Regularly communicate with internal teams to provide project updates, share client feedback, and collaborate on deliverables. ● Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation to ensure transparency and alignment with client goals. ● Attend and actively participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. ● Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional support. ● Create and share project status reports with internal stakeholders and clients as required. ● Demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and build value around company products and services. ● Cultivate relationships to generate client referrals and expand the client base. ● Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and strategies that drive client engagement. ● Regularly review and refine engagement strategies to optimize performance and client satisfaction. ● Performs other duties assigned. *KEY COMPETENCIES * ● Proven ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with clients. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. ● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to strict deadlines. ● Skilled in analyzing challenges and implementing effective solutions. ● Strong understanding of sales processes and experience achieving sales targets. ● Ability to remain calm and positive, even in high-pressure situations. ● Meticulous in tracking project details and maintaining accurate records. ● Comfortable adjusting strategies based on client feedback and changing requirements. ● Works well in a team environment and can coordinate efforts across departments. ● Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software. ● Demonstrates a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations. ● Shows high levels of initiative and persistence to achieve goals. ● Ability to navigate difficult conversations and reach mutually beneficial agreements. ● Maintains integrity and professionalism in all interactions. ● Quickly learns new concepts and applies them effectively. *EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. ● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client engagement, sales, or a related role. ● Experience in managing multiple client accounts and delivering projects on time. *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS * ● Ability to sit or stand at a desk or work on a computer for extended periods ● Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines ● Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential requirements *BENEFITS* ● Health, Dental & Vision Insurance. ● Paid Holidays ● PTO Program ● 401K and 401K match ● HSA and HSA match ● STD, LTD and Life Insurance (100% paid by the company) ● Professional Training & Development Opportunities *EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER* INTUS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
