Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for candidates with a *minimum of three years of sales experience or relevant industry experience.* Our team is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment, with many employees having been with us for over 15 years. If you're ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you! *Base Pay + Commission + Benefits!* *Benefits:* * Employee discount * Advancements and Growth Opportunities * Ongoing training and development * Paid leave * Health Insurance * Other types of insurance * 401k * Career Development + Growth Opportunities *Requirements:* * *Minimum of 2 Years of Sales OR Industry Experience - Required!* * *Able to work Saturdays - Required!* * High School Diploma/GED - preferred but not required * Customer Service 3 Years - preferred but not required *Abilities Required:* * Stand and or sit for prolonged periods * Use keyboard/computer for prolonged periods * Stoop, Kneel, Crouch or Crawl Periodically * Lift, Carry, Push or Pull up to 50lbs *Responsibilities :* * Knowledge of the store layout, inventory, company policy, etc. * Locates products for customers. * Stocks shelves and maintains store cleanliness and organization. * Communicates low or out of stock materials to "purchasing" for replenishments. * Preform and or assist in cycle counts and physical inventory. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Ability to organize a daily workload by priority. * Attends safety meetings as needed. * Observes store areas for safety, potential theft and security risks. * Ensures that customer expectations are communicated to "operations/Management" as necessary. *Principle Accountabilities/Skills:* * Self-Motivated * Superior Customer Service Skills * Basic Computer skills (Microsoft suite, POS software) * Excellent Communication and Organization Skills * Strong decision-making skills * Build Collaborative Relationships * Makes Calls to Existing, Inactive and Potential customers to solicit new business * Ability to translate Plan/Drawing of projects to bill of materials "take offs" * Ensures that Delivery dates are realistic and are met by Operations * Support pricing as determined by customer type * Assist customers and Process transactions at the Contractor Sales Counter * Product knowledge in building materials, lumber, decking, doors, windows, millwork, hardware, etc .
