Sales Representative

The Role:

POSITION: Sales Representative LOCATION: Greenwood, SC REPORTS TO: Management Anderson Granite Marble Shop, LLC is a locally owned and operated granite/marble/quartz countertop installation company located in Anderson and Greenwood, South Carolina. This is a direct hire position, we do not use staffing agencies. SUMMARY The role of Sales Representative is responsible for performing outbound business development, calling to secure new customers and opportunities, calling competitive buyers and sellers and other outbound customers as assigned. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong sales results, sales accomplishments, business acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, this position requires a high degree of customer interaction and communication to ensure the customer experience is positive and professional. *Responsibilities:* * Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, chat or in-person) * Maintain intermediate knowledge of the company process through ongoing training * Keep upcoming installation/fabrication schedule top of mind and be prepared to direct customers and prospects * Qualify and distribute leads and maintain accountability, following-up with prospects throughout the customer process * Maintain accurate prospect/customer to capture repeat business * Assist scheduling appointments with interested buyers and sellers and supply delivery with appropriate sales representatives and management * Review sales with management on a weekly basis *Requirements:* * Must have laptop * Fluent in English * Excellent customer relationship skills * Very strong sales and communication skills * Excellent follow through, follow up, and accountability * Organizational skills * Ability to build relationships * High capacity to learn and be adaptive * Eagerness to support the team goals * Professionalism * Some experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred * Quickbooks * Sales *Education:* * 2 year degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience. * Knowledge of marble, quartz and granite Experience level: * 3 + years of Sales * 2+ years of Working knowledge of granite/marble/quartz Work setting: * In-person Ability to commute: * Greenwood, SC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No nights * Rotating weekends * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
