Inbound Sales Representative
The Role:
*Job Summary* Viking Manufacturing, a premier provider of high-quality Steel Buildings, is seeking a motivated and dynamic *Inbound Sales Representative* to join our growing team and drive our sales initiatives to new heights. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, learning about their needs and providing them with information about our products and services. Your primary goal will be to convert inquiries into signed contracts by booking meetings with prospects, consistently following up by phone and email, and building relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills and a drive to consistently engage prospects and manage deals through a complex sales process. *Duties*: * Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries via phone and email. Prospects come to us looking for Steel Buildings to be delivered and assembled on their property. Sales receives a steady flow of warm, interested leads to qualify, generate opportunities, and close contracts, so there's no cold calling or lead generation required. * Book meetings/calls with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and advance opportunities through the pipeline. * Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience. * The Sales Team only focuses on selling. We have estimators and customer support staff to create quotes and manage projects. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in HubSpot. * Stay informed about product features and pricing to effectively communicate with customers. *Skills* : * In order to do well, you need to have great personal magnetism and enthusiasm, while still maintaining sincere professionalism towards the clients you work with. * Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot. * Ability to negotiate effectively while demonstrating value to prospects. * Knowledge of business development strategies and sales techniques. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. *The Numbers:* * Quota is $300k/monthly. The highest performers can close up to $650k/monthly. * Average ticket size is approximately $30k - $45k per deal. * The expected individual sales performance is about 10 deals per month, and during peak times of the year it is possible to close up to 22 deals per month. * We have people hitting these figures consistently. *What we're offering: * * $114K OTE with opportunity to earn much more * Base Pay: $20/hr * Commission: 2% of Monthly Sales * Performance Bonuses: Earn .5% Extra in months you close over $450k This is a 1099 Contract Position.
