Reigonal Sales Representative
The Role:
*Regional Sales Representative* *Stoebich Fire Protection Systems,* the world's leading manufacturer of fire and smoke curtains is looking for a Sales Representative to join its Charleston, SC based business covering the Carolinas and Georgia. *Stoebich* invented the world's first fire rated textile curtain nearly 30 years ago. Since then, we have developed the most innovative range of fire protection products for opening protectives in the world. Loved by architects for their ability to provide fire protection while being aesthetically unobtrusive, fire curtains have become more and more a part of modern design in commercial construction. Our Sales Representatives work with architects, engineers and contractors to identify applications where fire curtains can be used to offer more design flexibility while ensuring the highest levels of fire protection. This is a full-time Regional Sales Representative role at Stoebich Fire Protection Systems, Inc. The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for meeting with new and existing clients, giving sales presentations, building relationships with clients, developing solutions for clients, ensuring that customers' needs are being met, and building a project pipeline of future business. Qualifications * Sales Presentations and Relationship Building skills * Experience with product specifications * Customer Service and Communication skills * New Business Development * Exceptional interpersonal skills * Experience in business to business sales in the construction industry * Capability to work well both independently and as part of a team * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field is preferred * Ability to quickly learn and fully understand our products and services * Prior experience in the fire protection industry is a plus but not required * Experience and expertise with ConstructConnect, Dodge or another project database * The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the construction industry working directly with architects, engineers and general contractors. * The ideal candidate will be able to read through a set of drawings, interpret specifications, understand building codes and how they apply to our products, and work with a sales cycle that can be up to a year in length. * Stoebich works on a very broad spectrum of project types; hospitals, schools, office buildings, hotels, universities, apartments, airports, museums, government buildings, etc. A background that includes similarly broad experience would by a plus.
