The Role:

*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong background in customer service and sales, with an emphasis on business development and market expansion. As an Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. *Duties* * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. * Identify new business opportunities through research and networking to expand the client base. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals, utilizing Salesforce for tracking and reporting. * Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on market trends and competitive analysis. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions. * Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. * Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, showcasing our products and services effectively. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in customer service or retail sales; experience in B2B sales is a plus. * Strong understanding of sales management principles and strategies. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts while meeting deadlines. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire for business development. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
