Helping customers find the right products and warranties to fit their needs is our main goal - they deserve the BEST! You will learn the ins and outs of the roofing business and work closely with a senior management team of experts willing to invest time, money, and effort into individual professional development. * The opportunity to work independently and as part of a team throughout the full life-cycle of projects. * *Company Vehicle Eligibility*: Sales representatives may qualify for a company-provided vehicle after meeting specific performance benchmarks and tenure requirements, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales goals and adherence to company policies. *Essential Job Duties:* * Maximize every sales and relationship-building opportunity * Exceed personal sales targets while demonstrating solid customer focus * Initiate and maximize each sales opportunity with existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining key client relationships * Develop strong product and customer knowledge * Participate in company and industry events and conferences * Work on special projects and contribute to team domination * Communicate with customers throughout the sales life-cycle * Work closely with our Marketing Team & Sales Manager to provide new and innovative ideas maximizing market sales opportunities * Provide daily reports to Sales Manager and participate in weekly meetings *Qualities of Ideal Candidates:* * 2-4 years proven sales experience (Highly Preferred) * Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) * Valid Driver's License * Ability to interface with all levels within the organization and outside parties * Must have the ability to be clear and precise when communicating * Strong work ethic * Results-driven mindset * Ability to work with a CRM (Customer Relationship management) tool *The Company:* Neill and Son Roofing is the leading provider of roofing solutions to Residential property owners.
